cut a trillion...no problem
Who says we can't cut a trillion dollars now? $4.5 billion to projects in California for Solar Energy which would 'die' without government subsidies. $130 billion as the budget of the Agriculture Department which is in excess of the total net income from agriculature in this country. $49 an hour as the average cost of union labor wages and benefits at Chrysler Group LLC. We can at least thank our bankrupt economy for the cost-cutting reduction from $75 an hour paid in 2007. These egregious examples are just the tip of the iceberg of government waste. Privatize all public schools. Ground the President's fleet of jetsetting jets. Cancel food stamps and free food at schools. Force the Defense Deparment to defend us and not bureaucratic jobs. Cut the taxes of every tax-paying citizen by 20% and at the same time require all those paying NO taxes to pay 20%. Fair is only fair.
