Dummy, the employer is boss in a free market system and the employees are paid to do their work. #2. "Diversify your top executives and corporate boards." Dummy, have you noticed many Black CEO's and execs already exist? #3. "Allow workers to save for retirement and help them do it."  Dummy, whose job is it to provide for the future.
