Who is at fault?

Whose fault is it that black citizens do not respect the police?  Whose fault is it that police are paranoid and frightened at every encounter with both black (especially)  and white citizens?  Whose fault is it that blacks commit more crimes and violent crimes than whites? Whose fault is it for not supporting and encouraging traditional black marriages that promote moral behavior?  Whose fault is it for not condemning a lawless mentality for blacks and the triumph of feelings over facts or common sense?  You guessed it!  Barack Obama, President Barack Obama, The Big O, Zero - for improving race relations in the United States all through his 8 years in office. Shameful. But then what do you expect from a leftist, liberal Democrat? Nothing.  Zero. And here we are TODAY.
