Capitalism succeeds every time

Need a contrast to feel better today?  In 2004, Sheik Rashid of Dubai's son and successor, Sheik Mohammed bin Rashid al Maktoum said in his book, My Vision: "There is nothing like bureaucracy to kill creativity and simple, efficient problem-solving.  I do not like bureaucracy and bureaucrats." The Sheik took his city to great heights of prosperity.

Then these words from a critic about the cityscape of DOHA also built with the freedom of capitalism which he saw as only "developer greed"  and "architectural autism."  Wealth on display either in Dubai or DOHA, but which words do you find more appealing?  Whenever the Muslim culture adopted the free market, it prospered.
