BACK IN THE SADDLE AGAIN
I'M BACK IN THE SADDLE AGAIN, RIDING THE GRASSY RANGE,
GALLOPING ALONG ON MY MOWER WITH ITS NEW BLADES AND WELDED BRACKET THAT HAD BROKEN. OBEDIENT AS A JUST DISCIPLINED,
RECALCITRANT HORSE, MY REPAIRED STEED SHEARS OFF PATHS OF WEEDS AND GRASS GONE TO SEED. I FORGIVE IT FOR ITS BRIEF DYSFUNCTION AND FOCUS INSTEAD ON MY GENETIC FREAKISHNESS WHICH FORESWEARS SWEAT, REDDENS MY FACE AND CRIPPLES ME WHEN I INHALE POLLEN. MY NECK STIFFENS AFTER HOURS ARE MOWN AWAY, BUT I DISMOUNT TO DEFLATE AND DEACTIVATE MY RAGING HISTAMINES WITH AN ALLERGY PILL AND EYE DROPS. ROUNDUP TIME NEVER CHANGES. WHIRLING HORSEPOWER HAS RETURNED TO MY HANDS. MY LOUSY, STINKEN ALLERGY TAKES THE FUN OUT OF MY RIDES DURING ALLERGY TIME.
