Polar opposites

 How can 2 people with the same  blood type be polar opposites?  Everything wrong with me does not match what's wrong with him.  Husband  and I don't  share any physical, emotional,  psychological, mental or educational similarities. Interests? Diverse. Blood, body and  brains, diverse too. One common denominator - Catholicism. Is this worth it all?
