Let me speak of the forever home fraud.

Not enough responsible humans exist

To save our planet's animals whether starving or free.

Not sufficient motivation backs the cause for neuter and spay.

Can funding justify no-kill, healthy but separated lives?

The end for some animals justifies the means 

When juxtaposed with overwhelming numbers.
