HOWEVER, RISK FACTORS SUCH AS WEIGHT GAIN AND DIABETES OFFSET LIFE STYLE IMPROVEMENTS. LIFESTYLE IMPROVEMENTS, THAT IS HEALTHFUL DIETS AND EXERCISING SIMULTANEOUSLY REDUCE DEATHS AND CANCEL THEMSELVES WITH WEIGHT GAIN AND DIABETES ( INCURRED FROM WEIGHT GAIN AND NOT EATING RIGHT). HOW CAN EATING RIGHT AND IMPROVING LIFESTYLE CANCEL OUT LIFESTYLE IMPROVEMENT BY WEIGHT GAIN? I’M LOST.
