Do you have an answer to this question? Why would someone push two carts up to the assembly line of carts and then NOT appropriate the two FREE quarters waiting to be liberated from the boxes? "Silly fat man," I said as I retrieved 50 cents. One quarter at a time can build character over a lifetime. Right?
