Liberty or nothing
A British Colonel Isaac Barre, said this of us way back in
1765: “I claim to know more of America
than most of you, having seen and been conversant in that County. The People I believe are as truly Loyal as
any Subjects the King has, but a people Jealous of their Liberties who will vindicate
them, if every they should be violated -
The rest if
history… until now… when we acquiesce to royal rules and decrees on a daily
basis. Taxes external and internal in
colonial America
were as nothing to today’s impositions.
