Where’s Churchill?

The very attributes that Baldwin and Chamberlain disliked in Churchill – his rashness, his simplicity, his buccaneer spirit- fitted him far better to events ( World War II) than did all their cool reasonableness. As Dwight Eisenhower admitted, “ he (Churchill) rarely failed to inject into most conferences some element of emotion.”  Do we need a Churchill today instead of cool cat Obama?  These are the times that try men’s souls. What think you?
