Let the gay horse run

What say you?  Gay marriage vs. a nose strip? One judge overturned a law so that gay marriage is NOW legal.  Why can't a judge now render the ban on nose strips for racing horses legal? What say you?  No is never no; yes is never yes in today's corrupt culture.
