In all seriousness and with unctuous sincerity, 15 - 25 homeless ( or home insecure) people are identified each year in Chillicothe.  Without any serious intent at analysis of the condition of education in our public schools, politicians and citizens ignore the living conditions of children in our public schools.  No shelter is a problem for a more than likely mentally deficient or chronic drunk voluntarily into his lifestyle.  On the contrary, no shelter from the storms of life is possible for our youth, forced to endure school without the guidance of the 10 commandments or possibility of asking the question, “What would Jesus do” because such effrontery violates the separation of church and state. Oh God!  25 homeless vs. millions of young lives lost.
