How do I learn doublespeak?

How do I learn doublespeak?  Apparently you are no one if you cannot put words together that sound good but contain no meaning. The treasurer of  Chillicothe says he’s in the “1st line of officership.”  Whatever that means.  I’ve been ‘on’ this phenomenon of meaningless doublespeak for quite some time. Rush Limbaugh sees no current speaker who can clearly enunciate the principles of conservatism.  Of course, no liberal statement ever clearly enunciates a thought. Doublespeak with apparent ease makes you somebody.  Can I call myself a loser without feeling bullied by myself?
