Locally, a school board spokesperson reports “new efficiencies through these challenges.” State-wide, a bill has passed to defeat the promotion of “gateway sexual activity.” Do either of these sentences make any sense to you? We live in a cowardly new world of ‘newspeak.’ Athletes mumble with mush-mouth inefficiency. Politicians pontificate agenda-driven equivocations. Gabby Giffords did NOT write her anti-gun essay in the New York Times. I’m irrelevant. Who are you?
