Nonsense-lousy government meddles Ohio State University Extension, in our county sponsors a “Live healthy, live well e-mail challenge.” Nonsense about nutrition, health and fitness tips will be sent out in 2 free weekly e-mails. Counter this nonsense with the government’s SNAP ( Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) which has risen in enrollees by 70% since 2008. We taxpayers pay $75 billion dollars for this nonsense up from $30 in 2007. Are we living healthy, living well? No way, but nonsense is being paid for by citizens other than the participants in SNAP. Add to this nonsense the disclaimer statement from our Extension service that “embraces human diversity and is committed to ensuring that all research and related educational programs are available to clientele on a nondiscriminatory basis without regard to age, ancestry, color, disability, gender identity or expression, genetic information, HIV/AIDS status, military status, national origin, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation or veteran status.” WHEW! BIG TIME NONSENSE anywhere, everywhere the lousy government meddles.
