Also, no mention of how America will be kept safe in the future. What should we ask regarding our 16 yr. old, Ohio (Steubenville High School) rape victim? Did she willingly attend a wild and crazy party with other girls and several boys? Had they been drinking? Doesn’t putting yourself in harm’s way or deliberately entering the room of moral hazard eliminate the possibility of being a victim? She is not a victim; she should be publically shamed and answer for her actions. He she, they, all of the above are guilty
