I enjoy good poetry. Every once in a while a line leaps out of a banal poem to provoke a comparison to current events. Robert Frost writes: “But all the fun’s in how you say a thing.” In the context of the poem, various aspects a local mountain are seen by two different men. Nature speaks in many tongues. Anyway, Romney vs. Obama or Obama vs. Romney, whichever version of conflicting realities you choose, the fun of political campaigning is found in this contrast: Obama’s ‘fairy dust’ of failed trickle-down economics vs. Romney’s “get the country going again.” Now, wherein lies the fun?
